Yo-yoing has always been a thing with me. I eat healthy for a bit, I lose, I stop caring, I gain. I get stupid with the portions, or I go out and eat really crappy foods for a month straight. I suffered from disphagia for 9 months a few years ago. When the issue finally subsided, I ATE, because I could. I didn't want to stop. I was scared I might relapse and lose the ability to swallow solid food again, so I ate. It's been a long, winding road back to healthy. I hope I can keep it up. I'm not normally a sharer, but I know I need the support, so here I am. Let's do this.
