WOW!!! Really surprised me to see the scale on the down side. 2lbs I'll take it. :) Nice to see the loss when I didn't really try but will keep focused on good food choices and working out. :)
118.7 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 18.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
