Kadang pingin nyerah, udah turun 5 kg an tp ga ada yg care 😑.. trus mikir lagi, ya udah lah mungkin mereka emang ngga ngeh. Kalo lg berasa nyerah bosen insecured. gw inget berjuang buat hal kecil. buat 59 kg baru boleh reward breakfast nasi uduk + gorengan. wkwkwwk kadang motivasi kaya gw harus kurus, gw hrus sehat, klise jadinya malah ngga ngefekk. kalo inget bisa makan nasi uduk pagi hari. Oke lanjutttt semangat 💪💪🤣🤣
