I'm trying to go low carb this week to flush out all the candy I ate last week- but around dinner time I start loosing it, even though I'm not hungry because I just ate dinner, my blood sugar is low and I'm like shakey- I have to get out of the kitchen so I don't start chowing down on my kids candy! I'm not sure how to get through this part of the day....
