Yesterday was my first day back on the treadmill in a month. My knee had been bugging me and we were moving... so I was pretty busy packing and hauling boxes (plus, the treadmill was taken apart for a good 2 weeks of that month).
Anyway, imagine my surprise when I weighed in 4 lbs lighter since Monday. I know weight fluctuates and all and I shouldn't have even weighed myself until next Monday, but I was curious. Let's just hope I can keep this trend going!
