Well, I made it through Halloween with minimal weigh gain - less than two pounds - and I really expect that what did show up is "just visiting" and will fall off pretty quickly as I return to a stable menu. :) Fortunately, I didn't buy candy this year. I chose to pass out individually wrapped cookies. That way, if I really want a treat, I can easily limit it to one and not worry about the rest of them going stale. LOL!
So, one holiday down - three to go. I won't be able to use the same strategy though when it comes to Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
