Went home after a full day at work yesterday and cleaned the whole house THEN did a 2 mile walk and worked out with the resistance bands!
The big news..we measured on Sunday, then my husband commented that I looked like I had lost more inches even since then...so I measured to see if I had made any progress in 4 days..since my clothes are looser.
The result..... 1 1/4 inches off my hips 3 inches off my belly at the belly button 4 inches off my upper abdomen an inch off my thighs
I wish we had started measuring when I started this new eating back in July or at least 4 weeks ago when we started exercising again!!!!!!!!!!
While I hadnt lost any weight this week, I think I'm pretty happy with losing inches over pounds. It seems thats the way it goes for me....I lose inches, THEN I see a change on the scale.
