Since August 2 I've lost 4 pounds, slow and steady is the way to lose for the long term, but oh man, 4 pounds actually sounds like a lot! Doing good. Creeping up to my goal weight and I'm excited, only problem being that I still have a stomach pudge fat roll. Getting rid of that seems absolutely impossible and it's totally annoying. Otherwise I feel great.
