@kumargolu63, it's at 2300 kcal, in macros I'm trying to hit 25-30% protein, 20% fats, 50% carbs.
First 1-2 week try to track everything you eat using kitchen scale, you'll have a clear picture of what you are eating, then you can start adding and removing food you eat according to your taste. Even after tracking you'll have error of 20-25%. For better tracking measure your food before cooking.

@kumargolu63 please don't follow any plan blindly, you need to have take proper nutrition and create calorie defecit so that you don't experience weakness or other side effects, please consult a certified nutritionist, they'll help you better.

Iam also at 101now started my journey at 103 lsot 2 kg in 30weeks completed around 100km walk as if now
Pleas help me some diet plan as needti loss more I guess as compared to others.
