I'm actually enjoying this diet. I'm always finding new foods to add and they are usually healthy. Gettin' to be a pro with chop sticks. Just a perk.;) I feel good, and energetic. I'm not starving and I don't feel like I have to skip meals. I just hope that I find enough new foods to keep it exciting. I'll try my hand at stir fry and find some new recipes.
