Dada ayam 150 gr, garam / kaldu jamur, lada putih, butter unsalted ( aku pake ancor).
Lumuri ayam pake bumbu2 tadi biarin 1 jam, lalu di pan pake butter di teflon api kecil aja, udah tunggu sampe mateng.
