grr think i have gained a pound. need to stop weighing myself so much through out the week as it fluctuates alot, will now stick to monday morning weigh ins!
84.8 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
