Mulai lagi di BMR 1595. Nambah 210kal, protein/hr jadi sekitar 1/2kg an lebih daging ayam & ikan..hhhe Jujur rada takut dgn jumlah porsi mknan sndiri. Tapi, ini perjuangan tdk instan dg hasil tercepat.. :')
