Goal: 1250-1350 cal/day weekdays 45 min aquatic mid impact cardio 4x a week Weigh in Saturday 1600-1800 cal Saturday/Sunday
When I start to get in my head that it doesn’t matter. I remind myself that losing 40lbs so far, there’s nothing like the feeling of climbing stairs without trying to hide the fact that you are so out of breath that you honestly feel like you might just pass out.. I climb the stairs and there’s no gasping. It matters. I matter. I deserve to be the healthiest me.
