Kenyang sih aku karna udah semingguan juga dietnya tapi, pas awal aku makan quaker dulu baru pas lama lama mulai makan kayak gini, dietnya tergantung kondisi tubuh masing masing sih, aku malah dapat manfaatnya setelah makan kayak gini jadi lancar BAB😁
