今天的午餐:煎鮭魚,櫛瓜金針菇木耳秋葵(一堆會黏黏的食物),玉米筍和甜豆。今天的金針菇沒有切碎,而是直接絲開炒,所以一定要細細的嚼碎,因為他是「原型食物」👈🏻怎麼進就怎麼出😆
