No weight change in a week...this is unusual for me...didn't go up..which is good I guess...I am eatting more calories than I had before...although I am not going over what I should have...anyone have a suggestion?

My muscles are sore today...guess it is the exercise...especially my shoulder...I have felt tired all day...not sure why. I ate a larger portion of steak...don't have it often and I felt I needed red meat..lol! We will see what happens...
