That's definitely so cool, and very encouraging to hear because it implies 0.5-1kg/week, what means as well the healthiest way and probably most of it is fat and not muscle. It's nice to find people trying to do it in the best known way and ofc you have to be proud of yourself and love it as it is. Hope you still follow this nontoxic life style and keep like that for so long.

Thank you so much! Yup, now it's my life style and I absolutely love it! ❤️ I do my exercises every single day in the morning and follow my healthy diet. I really want to have more muscles and less fat :)

That's very, very nice. I think most of us here are looking for the same, if any help needed just ask for it and will see what could be done. I wish you take a great encourage here and looking at your photos and the clearly seen evolution!!
