Sedang berjuang buat gak makan malem (diatas jam 19.00), ngurangin banget minuman manis terutama kopi (biasanya tiap hari ngopi 😅). Sarapan yang biasanya nasi uduk/lontong/nasi goreng sekarang paling cuma 1x seminggu, gantinya buah/air lemon/fitbar. Workout juga gak boleh males (walau kadang bolong karena kerja shift2an) tapi seminggu minimal 3x. Yok semangat yok 😂👍
62 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
