Thank goodness I finally got over that weight plateau that I seemed stuck in for WEEKS. Interesting article in the Prevention Magazine, "The Doctor's Guide to Home Remedies" under the chapter Weight Control. Specifically, resistant starches and starch carbs. I can do it, I can do it. I will reach my goal.
