1 lb away from 50. I have tried to undersell it as just a life style change. I tell everyone it is no big deal and I'm not proud. Partly because I dont want to discuss my weight loss with "them", especially "them" who have never had a REAL issue with weight or a REAL love affair with food. Well here it is...I AM PROUD AND EXCITED!



I have survived stress and disappointment at work and home; I have socialized; I have been to weddings and restaurants; I watched the Ravens open on Monday night and I still made it to the gym, ate in moderation, and didnt seek comfort in food.

Thank you God, I have my life back! Yesterday I did 40 minutes of cardio without breathing hard and I carried an injured player off the the soccer field. 300 NEVER AGAIN! 290 NEVER AGAIN! 250 HERE I COME!

127.5 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
