Looking over my weight history and food journal, I realized that on June 10th, I hit 135. I started working on eating intuitively and stopped tracking and did super bad. I mean. I did and didn't.
I only put on 5lbs - but I also changed up my workout and started running. I did eat mostly on plan. (Except for the Burger King Impossible burger that I said I wasn't going to eat all of - but then I did and I had a mild allergic reaction. SO. And the Wasabi and Soy Sauce Almonds. Moving on.)
But I bounced that 5lbs all month and it took me almost an entire month to get back to 135.
I learned some stuff about me though. I'm making adjustments to get the results that I want this month and I am overall, mostly pleased.
