Not following HCG eating plan exactly as I should. But Im mostly eating less than 800 calaries a day. Some days have been about 400 calaories for the day. Only had one fast meal food from braum in the past 2 weeks which is pretty good. My will power is getting stronger by the day. Sweets have been limited. Now that I am on the HCG eating plan. I have slacked off on recording which should be pretty easy. So I have to make time to get it in so I can see where Im at. I feel really great with losing over 10 pounds. What is exciting is at this rate I should be at 200 pounds in January. That would be great. My goal is to be down to 180 by July which is the trip to Jamaica.
