Yeeey, finally close to my ideal weight. I don’t deprive my self from food , but I had to do that at the beginning. No sugar till now almost but I get to eat anything else. I don’t think about diet anymore since sugar and fried stuff are excluded. I simply made a change in my life style but not diet.
