I don't think I've been getting enough protein, because my hair seems to have stopped growing. Of course, that could be my age, my hormones, stress, the season of the year, who knows... but looking over my diet, I seem to be following a pattern: I start my day with plenty of protein and very little carbs, but usually by the afternoon, my diet has been "blown up by a carb-bomb!" 8-O

So I want to remind myself to aim for eating a *maximum* of 50 grams of carbs and a*minimum* of 50 grams of protein every day.

Carb Bomb... lol .. more dangerous to me than sugar bomb. I always know when I'm in kamikaze mode when I think I can put leftover stovetop dressing in the fridge. NOT.
