Ate too many calories for me today....I actually had the protein bar in the afternoon...before dinner....I was hungry and it was the only thing around...I was out of the house...I really wanted to eat the stew that I had a couple nights before and it was good.. So the # of calories went way up....haven't done much exercise today...just not feeling in the best shape today.
