Totally afraid to weigh myself @ this point. . .looked back at my records and it's now more than a month since I've done any serious exercise. . .hospital called looking for follow-up appointment and I'm embarraesed to go in @ same weight or more pre-surg. . .maybe I can put them off a month and totally focus on getting my groove back. . .of course this weeks challenge will be all the new candy added to the house. . .
