Im so pleased you were able to spend the night in the old homestead! Sounds like a lot of work but so worth it. You even "sound" better today, things are looking up! Exercise is so important to our physical and mental health ...maybe just get the kids involved with a dance or workout video you could all to together in front of the tv set..until you get signed in at the gym...then the gym could be your special time for you and only you! You're doing just fine right now and your chart if moving downward and you are getting healthier and stronger (I can hear it in your words)
