Did better today on carbs and sodium..well all around...happy about that. Actually when I made the beef stew I used all low fat, low sodium ingredients...so it didn't have as many calories as shown here. Sometimes I don't find the exact foods in the food list...I always use...non-fat or low-fat....salt substitutes....splenda and such...so what I cook at home has probably 1/2 the calories and etc...as what they show here. I'm finding you can pretty much eat the same foods...but make it with ingredients that are better for you...that's what I like about my diet plan...I'm not sacraficing things I like...just learning to make them with better stuff (lol)
