Got my butt kicked at my first step class and I loved it! Feeling pretty good today. A little closer on my calories but high fat day...darn last minute dinners...I do feel a little better though because I could have eaten the full pizza by myself, and in the past I have. Getting a little nervous about my first weigh in after starting this process again. I keep telling myself a loss is a loss no matter how big or small.
I am finding this whole drink more water thing extremely easy this time. For a girl who drinks maybe 20oz of fluids a day to be getting in 8 glasses of water everyday, sometimes more, I think I am doing well.
Getting my membership to the YMCA tomorrow to keep on this positive habit building. Liquid Boot Camp tomorrow....will I survive? Stay tuned to find out!
