Well, I haven't been very diligent in keeping written track, and I've struggled this month trying to maintain my diet. Wow, it's been difficult. I'm tired of the canned tuna, chicken and more chicken - and a beer or two would be nice. Well, not sure, but managed to lose 2 pounds in the middle of the night. I seriously don't understand how that happens...I haven't excersised lately or anything else - happy, though, to see the numbers go down instead of up for a change.

I'll start again today - its a new day.
