I am pretty jazzed about this. I started working out with OBE on 4/23. I have been working out 4-5 days a week for about 30 minutes each. I do dance cardio, cardio boxing, and some mix of HIIT classes. I also do 10 minute express classes for arms 2 times a week. Love it and only two months in and 5 pounds down I can already see a difference. The scale is NOT everything. And my mirror is cleaning today too. :)
