197. . . about time! I have been sitting at 198 for 2 weeks!
My goal is to be 195 by Nov. 1, this gives me 8 days to drop 2 pounds. I don't know if I can do it or not, but I really wanted to lose a total of 5 pounds/month. For October I have three down and two to go in the last week. . . can it be done?
