OH oh OH!! Yes!! I nearly forgot and you reminded me of something very important... try to stop eating before you are "full"!! This is much more difficult to do if we don't chew slowly and put our fork down and chew each bit many times, savoring each flavor to the max. Stopping at the minute that we are starting to NOT BE HUNGRY... NOT BE HUNGRY anymore is the KEY. Wow. It's been a long time for me to repeat this out loud, and I feel it is detrimental to training our bodies to quit over eating so much so often. I'm sure as I have, that you know what it feels like to eat too much and have regretted doing it later. It is not easy at first, but the more that you start paying attention to #1 portion size on your plate and then #2 stopping eating when you do not feel hungry any longer... you'll notice that you will eat less and your stomach will actually start to shrink!! =D Glad to hear that you got some much needed sleep and some catching up done, too.
