This week seems to be going quite well and I'm hoping to see some results on the scale on Saturday, hopefully big ones. But little results would still be better than none at all like last week. I'm hoping that TOM explains that one. On the exercise front, not good which would make things easier if had just one extra hour in a day, but I suppose that thats not gonna happen so I need to figure out how to fit in into my 24 hour day. That is my own personal goal for the week is to exercise more. At least 3 times a week for 30 minutes is not an unabtainable goal so I will go for that and an extra will be icing on the cake, or icing off the cake if I lose the weight, however you want to look at it. Kudos to all for taking the first steps to a happier, healthier YOU!!!!
