I didn't finish my food journal for yesterday because I would definitely scare myself!! For dinner, hubby thought it would be fun to order Chinese. And me, being the food loving woman that I am was alllllll for it! I got a chicken salad... it had like 3 bites of salad on it. The rest was Chinese noodle things... then, on top of that mess, we ordered generals chicken and Mongolian beef. :( I woke up today feeling depressed. And I get it, it's not the most horrible thing that I could eat (given it is pretty bad), but it still makes me feel like I let myself down. I lost 8 lbs last week... 8 lbs!! How could I do this? Well, this is a different day and I am going to make sure I try my dardest to lose some more lbs this week! Cheers to making better decision and working hard to be a healthier me!
