Up down quit....up down quit....VISCIOUS CYCLE! After looking at a few buddies I noticed its not just me. The second I stop watching what I am doing the weight comes right back! It solidifies the statement this has to be a life change not a temporary phase to lose weight. Make better choices Melissa...Make better choices....I am only failing myself, noone else, in my ability to so quickly give up on myself. I have to stick with it, I know what to do that is obvious by my previous progress but it has to be my life long change!
