It is the only one you got so make friends with it. There are a lot of trainers out there though.

Your building muscle and muscle weights more than fat. I’m having issues with my body not loosing weight but it looks like I am. But it’s just inches. Very frustrating. I feel the same way

keep plugging on. You kind of sound like I was. I am VERY CARB SENSITIVE. I had to be very conscious of my carb numbers at first. probably 6 months to a year VERY STRICT 20 or less carbs and NO CHEAT MEALS. Eventually my body decided that the Brittish were indeed not coming, no need for all this famine fat! now I can loose on a maininrnce diet IF I reduce calories a bit.

I have found I have to weigh everything. Measuring doesn't cut it for me, I can pack a ton into a cup/tbsp etc...I once measured out a tbsp of peanut butter then weighed it and had almost twice what I thought it was.

I agree with Rebecca and rckc. Weighing food will shock you. I thought I was good at eyeballing my food. Wake up call when hubby bought me a digital scale! I'm also carb sensitive. Carbs go straight to my stomach. I'm practicing something called carb cycling and it's working very well for me. Good luck!💜
