Not so happy about yesterday having to eat a Whooper with the lady I take care of and today friends wanting to go to Cookers for Hot Dogs...what can I do but exercise it off and watch the rest of the day

Not to jump in but you could always eat the whopper, just toss the bun. And eat the hot dog but again, toss the bun! Little steps help you more than you think! :0)

Wish I would have...had a couple weak days...I care for an elderly woman (91 years old) and she really wanted Burger King...and we ate in the car...she can't get out and walk in...some I indulged her...She already thinks I'm too skinny she saw me at about 180lbs in June...so now I'm down to 142 she thinks I'm wasting away (lol) I will start tossing the bun...lol! I used to eat fast food hamburgers about 3 or 4 times a week...no wonder I was putting on the pounds.
