🍳今日早午餐:【黃金優格班煎燒】
班煎燒由粘米粉為基底,相較於全麵粉餅皮更易消化熱量也更低,混合無糖優格等調製而成的粉漿,降低對油脂的吸收,消弭一般人認為煎餅會吸收大量的油份,容易吃進過多熱量的疑慮。煎餅內包入均衡的蔬菜與蛋白質,再佐以生菜、紫蘇葉一起享用,充滿夏日香草氣息的班煎燒沙拉餐,高纖、健康、清爽無負擔。
