Second entry for today!!! Went to the doc, official weight is 273!!! yay me!!! I then went to PT and that made me feel really good. then it was into the pool for one lovely 30 minute workout and waterjog!! Spent 10 minutes in the hottub, and I feel absolutely fantastic!!!

Have a wonderful weekend everybody!! Keep on with the diet battle!!! I'll be here for backup!!!
