Well here I am on day number one. Hoping to stay on track. My biggest obstacle is going to be eating out and parties. Not sure how many calories everything has.

This site is great for counting calories, carbs, fat, what have you. Almost everything you eat can be found on here and if not, google has a lot of it as well. The great part about eating out, is that most of the restaurants have the nutitional info listed somewhere as well. Just by watching my daily intake, I have learned what I need to cut back on and what I need to eat more of on a daily basis. I keep this site up on my phone as well. That way, I can add my food and exercise while it's fresh in my brain. I'm new here as well and am sure I have a lot more to learn, but I have found a lot of helpful info just by reading posts and forums. We can do this! Just imagine how great we will feel as the goal gets closer. I am impatient, but know it's on me to determine how long until I get there. If you are interested in doing a challenge and you find one you like, let me know. I'd like to have a buddy to monitor progress with. :)
