Jagung 1/2 (1 potong) 59 kal 3 udang kecil 17 kal Umbi ungu 50 gram 43 kal Ayam pangang 100gram 111 kal Jamur enoki 200 gram 90 kal Sayur 50 gram 34 kal Jadi semua kurang lebih 354 an kalori kak 😊
