I did terrible this week! I had my sister's wedding, my partner's mother's 50th birthday and a charity lunch at an Italian restaurant... all this and I put on 1 kilo - not good! Hopefully this week I don't have any social engagements and then spend the extra time exercising... that's the plan anyway :)
