I got a workout in this morning, so that's checked off the list, and we were ready to get out the door to the first day of school early even. I'm getting off work early to pick up the kids and we're going to get ice cream, so hopefully I won't go too overboard. My stomach is still queasy so I'll definitely have that incentive not to get anything too crazy.
I think I feel more anxious about my daughter starting middle school than I did when she started kindergarten, so I'm excited to hear how the first day went for her. I worry about the bullying thing at her age, and she's pretty thick skinned, but that could go away at any time. My son is in 3rd grade, and he was so excited to go back to school. He told me he can't wait to have math homework, crazy boy. :)
