Yes i do 100 surya namaskar everyday its been 6 months now and i have reduced 13-14 kgs

Only surya namaskar but daily (almost)... no sunday off 😬 as i am loosing my pregnancy weight... i could do much with my diet as i feed my little one.. but i dont eat fried food and outside food and no sweets. But i have normal tea two-three cups a tea with sugar.. and homemmade everything i eat.. including rice and roti.. sometimes noodles, pasta, dal bati.. so bascialky everything.. but yes very particular abt 100 surya namsakar.. 🙏🏼

I meant i could not do much with the diet...sorry for the typo i wrote “could” instead of couldnt 😬😬and thanks if i motivated u.. this motivates me 😁
