Just smile- A diet without delicious food will be hard indeed! Maybe you can eat delicious stuff in moderation- otherwise you are going to see lots of food on FS that won't necessarily be what you consider healthy.

There's nothing wrong with food like this. The problems arise when we add more than we need for each meal or snack on sugar/fat between meals.

I agree (personally this isn't my ideal meal, but everyone's taste or diet is different ) but If we don't treat ourselves to rich delicious foods once in awhile or practice eating in moderation we are more likely to fail. It looks great and I hope you enjoyed it!

All I eat is delicious foods!!! Imagine a life of deprivation and unappetizing meals? I may not be able to eat ALL the delicious foods I want ALL of the time but most def enjoy what I eat!!!

Just to clarify. I am trying to put on weight after my liver transplant. So I do know I am rowing down river compared to most fellow dieters.
