First weekend on FatSecret... and wow. I went WAY overboard on the calories.
It's definitely eye-opening--painstakingly recording every bite and stopping to actually think about what's going into my mouth. Otherwise, I'm certain I would have taken in twice as many calories and moved even less. I can see how all this accountability will help me change my habits (hopefully).
