Are you tracking your calories honestly? Are you having too many bites, licks and tastes (they can cause the scale to go up and down the same few pounds)? Are you having too much sodium (processed foods)? Are you drinking water? Are you exercising? So many things can cause weight fluctuations. Are you getting enough lean protein, fruits and veggies? Are you eating the right amount of calories to help you lose? Go through your food diary and see what you can change and how much you are eating.
