Well I know that I did not put all this weight on over night but it sure would be nice it would go away that fast. I've been heavy all of my adult life and most of my teenage life so I know this isn't going to happen overnight. It just seems frustrating to be so diligent about what I am putting in my mouth and not notice more changes in my body and how clothes fit. I think that they fit looser, but not enough so that I can't wear them or anything like that. I also know that 11 pounds is a great start and losing that in month is about the right pace to be healthy but I just wish I could see more of a difference to help keep me going. I've had a great eating day today stayed right on track and have plently of points left for supper I don't know I just feel down for some reason. Hope everyone had a great day!!
